The hotel was a fantastic base for enjoying a safe area, close to an Aldi supermarket, fast food choices, and a Chili's restaurant. The location was great, within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go. The breakfast was warm. The check-in was quick.

I had a fine stay for 6 nights at Holiday Inn Express Forest City. The room was brand-new with awesome value. The staff were caring and my room had a comfortable bed, flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave oven.

We had a very comfortable stay at the Holiday Inn Express Forest City. The location of the hotel in a good and safe area was magnificent. The staff was very courteous and incredibly friendly. It was also just a short walk to Chili's, Sonic restaurants, and Forest City.

The location here was excellent, situated in a safe area with convenient access to a supermarket and a convenience store nearby, just 3 miles away from Ingles Shopping Center.

Spacious rooms with beautiful design. Staff were always really helpful and excellent. Lots of delicious breakfast options available. Great location next to Chili's restaurant, Lake Lure, and Aldi supermarket. Convenient access to fast food choices. Village Coffee nearby is perfect for a hot beverage.

The location of the hotel is great, close to everything. It's just a quick 10-minute drive from Lake Imogene. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a comfy sofa bed and cozy beds. Having a microwave and refrigerator in the room was a nice bonus.

Your service only had reserves us for one room instead of two like we requested. None of my party was able to get any rest because of constant loud noise from a group that arrived around 11:00 PM and partied for several hours. We will never stay in this facility again or use your booking service.

The hotel was overall clean and staff were very efficient and extremely helpful, everything was fantastic. Got brand-new, neat room with comfortable beds. The service was amazing, we had a hot breakfast. Had opportunity to use wake up service at no cost;))
